Internal Controlled Vocabularies
Internal CVs are the enumerated lists controlled and maintained by MDDL.
All properties of type Enumeration are represented within MDDL by the element mdString and include a special scheme attribute to reference codes from controlled vocabularies.

This index contains the list of schemes that are relevant to MDDL and are controlled by MDDL.org. While individual providers may have their own versions of these files (using their own terms), every effort is made to ensure the file listed here encompasses the widest representation of common terms.
If you would like an entry added to one of these schemes or should there be an omission from this list or one of the schemes, please Contact Us so we may correct the problem.
For each entry in the table, clicking on the name of the controlled vocabulary will display a readable version of the controlled vocabulary. The URI is the formal name of the scheme to be used in an MDDL instance document. Clicking on the URI will display the XML source of the vocabulary.
