Changes from the previous release:

This is the first MDDL release that contains all content defined during the initial planning for MDDL. (2007/03/01)

The previous asset domains - civDomain, debtDomain, derivativeDomain, equityDomain - and all of their classes and subclasses are now combined in the single instrumentDomain. (2007/03/01)

Some properties have been changed from mdDecimal to the new mdNonNegativeDecimal to reflect their true nature and permit schema validation of this content. (2007/03/01)

Significant changes - and some subtle - have been made throughout the schema so backwards compatability is not assured. (2007/03/01)

The properties of "instrumentData" have been elevated to a peer of "instrumentIdentifier". (2007/03/01)

The glossary and a number of the web pages have been redesigned. (2007/03/01)

Bugs known to exist:

The UML tool occasionally squashes a graphic when rendering it for documents (and the HTML website). Updates can be requested at info@mddl.org (2007/03/01)

The "change", "close", and "last" properties within "volume" are all classified as "price" even though volume shouldn't have a price. To fix this, either new elements are created like "volumeLast" or some other convention must be adopted. (2007/03/01)
